To reproduce on the command line, use r/6337 and enter any shortlinks inside code (blocks) into cheddar --about-filter foo.md.

  1. That's intentional though, as people might write comments like

    # This is related to [b/282](https://b.tvl.fyi/282)

  2. Ah, now that I did it I see what you mean, they turn into a Markdown substitution instead of the actual link.

  3. I guess we may need to expand shortlinks after converting Markdown to HTML and go directly from shortlink to HTML as well.
