cgit: loading of logo visibly offsets entire page

This could be fixed by statically reserving space for the logo via CSS beforehand and possibly by caching the logo more aggressively, so it doesn't take as long to load?!

  1. I think this is fixed now that we have working caching on the pages. Are you still experiencing it?

  2. Still experiencing it, but the logo is still loaded from https://tvl.fyi/static/tvl-animated.svg in the deployed cgit.
