tazjin/emacs: try out tab-bar-mode for EXWM, instead of workspaces

I don't really like workspaces. They're confusing, I get lost all the time, there's weird focus bugs.

Emacs has a tab-bar-mode and it actually works pretty well. It's ugly as shit, but I traditionally don't care.

I'd like to explore using tab-bar-mode instead of workspaces. The following things would need to be done:

figure out key bindings for switching between tabs
figure out randr stuff for making/creating workspaces per physical monitor, but keep them pinned to those monitors
