Coercion to strings could reject or strip contexts as "coercion kinds"

Coercion kinds can optionally import paths or perform a strong variant of the coercion.
In addition, we can add two kinds:
- reject any context found out during the coercion process
- strip any context found out during the coercion process
The rejection seems to be useful in at least one instance as remarked by https://cl.tvl.fyi/c/depot/+/10444.
