buildLisp: support for cffi-grovel

See https://github.com/cffi/cffi/tree/master/grovel. This hooks into ASDF and is quite powerful, e.g. it can also build wrapper .so libraries etc. It is unclear to me at the moment how it works precisely and how to best integrate it into buildLisp.

  1. (Would be nice for e.g. osicat.)
